Affiliate disclosure
Affiliate disclosure.
Where the money comes from, and what it doesn't change.

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, Recovery Stack may earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra. This is standard practice and we're not hiding it: every page that contains such links says so at the top.
Two kinds of content, two different rules
Protocol pages (sauna, cold immersion, massage gun...) carry a verdict Corentin personally tested for 3-4 weeks with tracked Garmin data, cross-checked against 2-3 peer-reviewed studies. That verdict is never for sale: an affiliate relationship does not change a protocol's rating, and if a brand's product underperforms, the page says so.
Review pages (gear guides, product comparisons) are different: they are built from manufacturer specs and community feedback. When Corentin has personally used a product, the page says which one, in a clearly marked "What I actually tested" block. When he hasn't, the page says "not personally tested". We never present an untested product as tested.
What we will never do
- Write a positive verdict because a brand pays for it
- Hide or downplay a real limitation to protect a commission
- Accept payment in exchange for a specific rating or ranking
- Present an untested review as a tested protocol verdict, or vice versa
- Display fake customer reviews or invented testimonials
